In this century, now more than ever, males are taking note of their
health. With the prospect of living til at least 73, men of the 2000’s
want to stay on top of their fitness, well being and enjoyment of life,
preferably right into the 70 year age group and beyond.
It is well known that many men can retain their physique, sexual ability
and youthfulness well beyond the years of their parents. Why is it that
at 55 some men are having partners 20yrs their junior, whilst at 50 many
are impotent, worn-out, fatigued and nearing the end of their lives?
Though genetics no doubt has an effect, research has shown that the deterioration
is well before what would have been genetically programmed. How can we
hold back the clock, or even prevent the changes we have seen in our parents?
Research with animals and twin studies in humans have demonstrated that
changes in diet, nutritional supplementation, lifestyle and exercise all
impact heavily on male health and well-being.
Ageing for males is similar to that of females, except that hormonally
things can occur quite early, and erectile dysfunction/low energy/libido
have been seen in the early 20”s. Current research shows that a
lot can be done to minimize these problems, or at least delay their onset.
The purpose of this programme is to identify and correct those factors which may
prematurely age a man, affect his potency, reduce his sexual drive and enjoyment of life.
The NAA programme for mens' health essentially:

genetic rate, not the accelerated pace it currently
is experiencing

and longevity and sexual health, taking into account
